This project has been developed thanks a transnational partnership funded by the Erasmus+ programme and with members from four European countries. Get to know more about is promoters and who is behind this initiative.

Spain – CAPACITANES SLU (Coordinator)
CAPACITANES is a training institution that firmly believes in the power of training as a means of professional growth for youngsters. Currently composed by around 400 members (mainly young players), CAPACITANES is a unique and innovative project in the region of La Rioja (Spain) that uses E-sports to carry out a series of educational programmes in different fields of expertise: from enhancing the individual talent to health nutritional plans. The focus is to develop the young individuals’ creative, social and digital capacities through E-sports to improve their soft skills and foster their employability as per the current European labor market needs.

Spain – Neo Sapiens SLU
Neo Sapiens is a European mobility and training social entity which main aim is the design, management and implementation of educational, training, entertainment, culture and transnational mobility projects and local initiatives to promote training opportunities on non formal education and interculturality. From the training center and central office of the entity in Logroño (capital city of La Rioja), Neo Sapiens offers supporting services focused on implementing this kind of activities and the development of pedagogic and learning materials related to them. With a social approach, the organization provides to public entities, schools, non-profit organizations and individuals of any age or background, help to carry out projects for education, social development or/and transnational mobility, and facilitates the staff and sources needed for their implementation.

Italy – Polygonal
Polygonal is a non-profit organization working in the field of education and empowerment, e-learning opportunities for digital up-re-skilling, focussing much on grassroots activities embracing different sort of target groups, like seniors, minors, migrants, fragile adults and young people. It was firstly set up by an informal group of young professionals in 2017 willing to create an innovative hub for locals in a rural area in the outskirts of Rome. Main working fields are related to innovative practices in digital education for social change, taking care of the needs of all those groups which risk suffering from rural background – difficulties in terms of geographical movements as well as lack of opportunities in participating in society at large.

Portugal – RATO-ASSOCIAÇAO PARA A DIVULGAÇAO CULTURAL E CIENTIFICA
Rato – Associação para a Divulgação Cultural e Científica (ADCC – Association for the promotion of Culture and Science) is a youth organization that develops initiatives and projects orientated for the promotion of the Information Society. Target group of Rato – ADCC are especially young adults but the training activities are for general public (youth, adults, elderly people) Through non formal methodologies, Rato – ADCC establishes common ground between people of different cultural and academic backgrounds – technology is a tool to promote education, culture, solidarity and entrepreneurship.

Slovenia – Esports Federation of Slovenia
The entity is a national esports organization that currently comprises 6 esports clubs. It consists of more than 300 members and the management board is led by 7 people. The total number of volunteers is 15 people. The main aim of the entity is to organize a national championship in several PC and console titles (League of Legends, Valorant, FIFA, R6, Assetto Corsa Competizione, Dirt Rally, etc.). On an international level, they are members of the International eSports Federation (IeSF www.ie-sf.org) and Global Esports Federation (GEF – www.globalesports.si). They educate the members (administrators/referees) on a national level (under our domain) and they send them to the IeSF for international level education. Additionally, they are the main regulatory body for esports standards in Slovenia.
