Gamified job-orientation 3D self-assessment tool

An online site addressed to the assessment of skills and competencies for young people on career orientation. It will be a complement of the O1 that youth workers could use with their beneficiaries to professionalize them and that can be incorporated to their current activities regarding job orientation and transversal skill development for youth employability. The site will be a dynamic and interactive online resource, realized as a 3D gamified tool to attract both young people and youth workers not to make “another online orientation quiz”, but to concretely gamify their competence discovery through a serious game that will be developed through UnReal Engine. Substantially, by playing, young people will be able to self-assess their skills and competencies and get right-on-time feedback on what to improve, how to improve it, or understand which strengths they have and take training and be better orienteer in future job patterns.
